We are excited to announce the opening of our new branch on Golf Course Road, Gurgaon, and we are seeking a professional and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations, and connecting members with the right services and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-ins, provide information about services, and enforce facility policies.
Membership Assistance:
- Address inquiries about memberships, programs, and promotions.
- Support new member sign-ups, renewals, and account management.
Customer Support:
- Handle client questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate issues to relevant team members when necessary.
Facility Management:
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure promotional materials and supplies are readily available.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Assist members in booking personal training sessions, classes, or other services.
Payment Processing:
- Process membership payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Update account information as needed.
Sales Coordination:
- Connect potential members with the sales team to discuss membership options.
- Support lead generation by sharing insights about member inquiries and interests.
Promotions and Upselling:
- Inform members about special offers, events, and services.
- Encourage upselling opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Client Engagement:
- Build relationships with members to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Provide personalized support and assistance as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, fitness trainers, and other departments to ensure exceptional service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
