Position Overview:
The Business Development role involves identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with real estate developers to promote and facilitate home loan services to their homebuyers offered by MMK.
The primary goal is to drive business growth by expanding the company's customer base through collaboration with real estate developers, ensuring a seamless home loan process for potential homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate developers for partnership opportunities.
Analyse industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to create effective partnership strategies.
Partnership Development:
Identify, approach, and engage with real estate developers to establish partnerships. Present the company's home loan services, benefits, and advantages to potential partners.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of partnering with our organization.
Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements, keeping in mind mutual benefits and long-term objectives.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new real estate developer partners. Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and collaboration opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth partnership operations.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve partnership acquisition targets and revenue goals.
Work closely with the management team to align partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and brand visibility.
Coordinate events, workshops, and seminars aimed at educating potential homebuyers about the benefits of the company's home loan services.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that may impact the real estate and home loan sectors.
Provide insights and recommendations to adapt partnership strategies as needed.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Work closely with sales teams to generate leads and referrals through real estate developer partners.
Leverage your understanding of the real estate market and financial products to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, communication, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports outlining partnership progress, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement.
