Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This is a Junior level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience.

The job location is Ambala, Haryana, India.

Qualifications And Skills
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and technology solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities And Duties

Identify New Sales leads.

Must have laptop and own vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect for new Clients by networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Plan approaches and pitches.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time
