Job Description- Creating strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure requirements and considerations are being incorporated into ongoing delivery of the services from key suppliers as well as ongoing compliance to the firm's procurement policies and processes
- With support from the procurement team, contributing on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and supplier performance activities on specific categories of spend
- Helping the procurement team in monitoring supplier performance to identify trends likely to indicate poor performance or supplier excellence (including the management of KPIs) and conduct regular performance and continuous improvement reviews
- Helping the procurement team in carrying out applicable audits on suppliers to ensure compliance against the firm's minimum standards and confirm accuracy of information on the firm's procurement systems
- Helping the Procurement Manager on the review of Mishcon's supplier on-boarding/vetting requirements and process alongside internal stakeholders and manage key risks identified
- Taking ownership of the procurement reporting and dashboard requirements and ensuring these are circulated to highlight key procurement statistics, activity and deliverable
- Helping the procurement function in collating annual spend and budget information to assist with ongoing Category Management initiatives along with development of the Supplier Relationship Management strategy.
- Maintaining knowledge around key areas relevant to the role, including, but not limited to: GDPR, boiler plate clauses, non-disclosure agreements, IR35
- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years relevant procurement and supply management experience.
- Proven relevant experience in a range of market sectors
Certifications:
- CIPS accreditation preferred or willingness to work towards achieving CIPS accreditation.
