We are seeking a skilled IT Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization&aposs network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring network security, troubleshooting network issues, and optimizing system performance to support business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and other networking components.
2. System Security: Monitor and secure network traffic, implement security protocols, and protect data from cyber threats.
3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
4. Server Administration: Manage servers, cloud infrastructure, and storage solutions.

1. Performance Optimization: Monitor network performance and suggest upgrades to enhance efficiency and reliability.
2. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and policies.
3. Backup & Recovery: Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and vendors to implement new technologies and ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in network administration or a related IT role.
3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, etc.).
4. Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
5. Proficiency in Windows/Linux Server administration.
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
7. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and network security tools.
8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
