Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant- Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to oversee the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of Salesforce projects.The Salesforce Project Manager&rsquos responsibilities include managing all aspects of a project life cycle to ensure successful delivery, which includes managing Salesforce integration and implementation. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a proven track record in project management.
Responsibilities:- Working closely with the Management teams and all the stakeholders.
- Managing/running multiple scrums and projects.
- Responsible for all product/project timelines and ensure they are delivered promptly as per the defined scope and budget.
- Creating and implementing best practices policies, standards, and frameworks.
- Run scrum cadences working with multiples teams across the globe.
- Ensure coordination between teams for timely delivery.
- Estimate the project and delivery timelines.
- Identify, monitor, and process tasks through discussion with teams including raising red flags, reporting tasks etc.
- Ability to detect any blockers and delay in delivery and to take the required action and responsibility.
- Conduct regular meetings with team leaders and follow up on project status.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced start up like culture where features are rapidly developed and tested, revised, and experimented.
- Streamline the team&rsquos overall performance and delivery.
- Mentoring, technical coaching and nurturing team members.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
- Experience on Salesforce application testing/test automation - Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds, CPQ, and integrations with ERP systems.
- Must be implemented in 2-3 large scale Salesforce implementations in a Agile - Scrum model.
- Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodology.
- Must have experience of running Sprints and tracking throughput through tools like JIRA, Confluence and JAMA.
- Must be having a Scrum Master certification.
- Salesforce certifications is a plus.
- Relevant years of progressive career in IT.
- Experience in Salesforce product development is a huge plus.
- Excellent Project Management, People Management and Leadership skills in a software Development environment.
- Should have ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and passion for technology
- Technical thought leadership
- Ability to work cross-functionally, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms.
- Able to work with non-collocated team members.
