Job Description
Market Research: Identifying potential markets, industries, and customers that require metal castings.
Product Positioning: Developing strategies to position the foundrys products (iron, steel, aluminum castings, etc.) based on customer needs, competitive pricing, and product advantages.
Sales Forecasting: Predicting sales volume based on past trends and future market potential.Budgeting: Allocating resources for sales campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, or any marketing-related activities.
Customer Acquisition: Identifying and engaging with new potential clients who need casting products for their operations.
Account Management: Maintaining relationships with existing clients by ensuring product quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.
Problem Solving: Acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (e.g., production, quality control) to resolve technical issues or concerns regarding products.
After-Sales Service: Ensuring that the foundry offers adequate after-sales support, such as technical assistance or troubleshooting product issues.
Understanding of Castings: A solid understanding of foundry processes (sand casting, investment casting, die casting, etc.), materials (iron, steel, aluminum, etc.), and end-product applications.
Solution Selling: Offering custom solutions based on customer requirements, such as specific alloy compositions, mold designs, or casting methods, to meet exact specifications.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Working closely with engineers, production, and quality control teams to ensure that customer specifications are met, and technical challenges are addressed.
