The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients through on-call and email support, implementing and deploying our software product at client sites, and conducting end-user training sessions.

This role requires a willingness to travel for training and implementation purposes.

• Provide on-call and email support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our software product.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.

• Oversee the implementation and deployment of our software product at client sites.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient setup process, adhering to client requirements and company standards.

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the software product.
• Develop training materials and documentation to support user education.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Travel to client locations as required for training and implementation purposes.
• Manage travel arrangements efficiently to optimize time and resources.

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate – BE/MCA/Bsc/Msc
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of technical software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Open to travel for client training and implementation.
