Work location : Newtown or salt lake, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer queries and provide effective solutions through calls, emails, or chat support.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively in any of the specified languages (Punjabi, Assamese, or Kannada).
• Assist with product/service-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies and procedures while managing customer requests.

Eligibility:

• Proficiency inPunjabi or Assamese, or Kannadais a must.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts(6 days a week).
• Week-offs will be rotational.
