Aptean is seeking a highly skilled Infor XA Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the financial modules within the Infor XA ERP system. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, along with hands-on experience in ERP system deployment and customization

1. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation and optimization of the financial modules in Infor XA ERP.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective financial system configurations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide financial process improvements.
• Configure and customize financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Infor XA with other business applications.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related financial issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Infor XA enhancements and industry best practices.

1. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• 5 to 7 years of financial consulting experience with at least 3 years of working experience with InforXA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial consulting, with at least 3 years working with Infor XA ERP.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Infor XA financial modules.
• Experience with ERP system integrations and data migrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Infor XA certification or relevant ERP certifications.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industries.
• Knowledge of IBM iSeries (AS/400) systems.
