You will also be expected to provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and review mechanical designs, ensuring they meet all relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their professional development and growth.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals for potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical design and analysis, with a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
• A proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
