Job Description:
As HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and employee engagement to
performance management and employee development. You will play a critical role in shaping the
companys culture, ensuring that our team remains motivated, productive, and aligned with the
companys vision and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of
new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and best practices in compliance with legal requirements
and company objectives.
Design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, motivation, and
retention.
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
Support senior management in performance management, including conducting performance
reviews and developing improvement plans.
Handle compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with
industry standards.
Advise leadership on HR-related issues and provide coaching and support as needed.
Maintain HR records and ensure the smooth operation of HRIS systems.
Monitor and manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and provide valuable input to business decisions.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
