Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the hiring process for top talent. This role involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and closing strategies.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking) to source passive and active candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Promote employer branding through career events, social media, and employee advocacy programs.
Candidate & Stakeholder Management
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coach and guide hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Technology & Compliance
Utilize ATS (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo) and recruitment analytics to track hiring metrics.
Stay updated on employment laws, diversity hiring initiatives, and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various industries.
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting for tech, healthcare, finance, or specialized roles.
Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
