Job Description
Job Summary:
HDFC ERGO is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive insurance sales through direct marketing and customer engagement. The role involves prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for HDFC ERGO insurance products (health, motor, travel, home, etc.).
- Conduct field visits and meet clients to explain product offerings and benefits.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively pitching suitable insurance solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide after-sales support.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Market Research & Reporting:
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
- Experience: 02 years in field sales, BFSI, or insurance sales (Freshers are welcome)
- Age Limit: 18-35 years
- Language: Local language proficiency is an advantage
- Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally and own a two-wheeler (preferred)
