We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to oversee and execute our marketing strategies for the Europe West region. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and business growth through digital channels.You will work closely with the European business unit to understand regional trends and craft targeted campaigns to optimize marketing performance. Based in Hyderabad, India, this role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Strategy Development :
- Design and implement performance marketing strategies tailored for West European markets (Germany, UK, Netherlands), focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and ROMI optimization.
- Develop cost-efficient strategies aimed at reducing the CAC (cost of customer acquisition) while driving consistent, high-quality leads.
- Ensure alignment with global and regional marketing strategies, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns using data insights and analytics to maximize performance and ensure optimal ROI.
Competitor and Market Analysis:
- Perform regular analysis of competitor digital strategies in the European market, adapting and improving our approach to stay ahead.
- Stay informed about changes in market trends, Industry trends and the competitive landscape in Europe.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and measure key performance metrics, including marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and pipeline contribution.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, and Salesforce to provide detailed reports, offering insights and recommendations to stakeholders for campaign improvements.
- Analyze search algorithm trends, on-page and off-page SEO, and keyword analytics to ensure that campaigns are optimized for search performance and meet evolving SEO best practices.
Collaboration and Customization:
- Work closely with the European regional team to understand business objectives, target audiences, and regional market dynamics.
- Customize campaigns according to regional regulations (e.g., GDPR) and cultural nuances to ensure maximum relevance and impact.
- Partner with the content, competency CoE, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution aligned with broader company goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, with at least 3 years focusing on European markets (Germany, UK, Netherlands). Knowledge of the Nordics is an advantage.
Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
Strategic Marketing: Strong ability to develop, execute, and adapt marketing strategies based on complex data insights and market dynamics.
Deep understanding of B2B technology marketing, particularly in IT services and SAP-related solutions.
Regulatory Knowledge: Expertise in European market regulations, particularly GDPR, and the ability to adapt marketing initiatives accordingly.
Cross-Functional Skills: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with global teams, particularly collaborating with regional teams to align on objectives.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Google Ads, SEO, or other digital marketing certifications.CRM and Automation Expertise: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot and marketing automation tools
