Responsibilities:
This is an exciting role and would entail you to- Assist in tracking and reconciling financial transactions across various systems
- Monitor project budgets and assist in tracking costs against financial forecasts
- Support the finance team in processing incoming invoices and ensure timely approval and payment
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, updating spreadsheets, and preparing financial summaries
- Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings and audits
- Timely and accurately enter approved vendor invoices, credit card charges and other expense data into the accounting system
- Timely communicate via email to internal and external inquiries
Follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Qualifications:
You will be working closely with
Business Finance Teams, P2P teams and internal India Leadership Team
This may be the right role for you if you have- Graduate in Commerce / Accounting
- Accounts Payable Experience of 1 to 2 years
- Strong knowledge on basic accounting and accounts payable processes
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Extremely detail orientated
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills
