We are a dynamic digital marketing agency that partners with businesses to enhance their brand identity and marketing strategies. We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help elevate the visual identity of our clients through cutting-edge designs across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Produce high-quality, visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, display ads, email templates, landing pages, and website design elements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all client brands, maintaining established visual guidelines and developing new designs that align with client branding strategies.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to execute designs that support overall campaign goals, ensuring the creative vision is effectively communicated.
• Creative Direction: Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, always striving to improve design concepts and innovate.
• Design Optimization: Optimize graphics and designs for various digital channels (social media, websites, email, etc.), ensuring high performance across different devices and platforms.
• Client Communication: Understand clients needs and present design concepts that reflect their vision, offering revisions as necessary to meet expectations.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, digital marketing trends, and best practices to continually enhance design quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and website design is desirable.
• Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design work (social media graphics, ads, web design, email templates, etc.).
• Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking and design skills with an eye for detail and visual storytelling.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, balancing priorities effectively.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adjusting to client feedback and changing project requirements.
• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
