Role Overview:

As an Associate in the Brand Growth & Operations team, you'll be the bridge between LaFetch and our partner brands, guiding them to success. From seamless onboarding to data-driven growth strategies, you will be at the heart of our mission to amplify homegrown talent and elevate their presence in the competitive e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
New Brand Onboarding:
- Scout and onboard brands that align with LaFetch's aesthetics and vision for premium, homegrown labels.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, helping brands integrate effortlessly into the LaFetch ecosystem.
Brand Console Management:
- Take charge of setting up and managing brand profiles and product details on the LaFetch console.
- Regularly update information to ensure brand pages stay fresh, accurate, and enticing for customers.
Brand Relationship Management:
- Be the go-to person for partner brands, handling queries and concerns with ease and professionalism.
- Work closely with internal POCs to resolve issues, support brand needs, and ensure swift, effective communication.
Brand Growth and Performance:
- Collaborate with partner brands to unlock their full potential through data-backed strategies.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast future growth, and identify opportunities to improve brand performance.
- Provide actionable insights on ad performance, product launches, seasonal collections, and promotions to drive results.
- Propose strategies for sales, discounts, and marketing campaigns aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
Strategic Partnership Development:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with brands, understanding their goals and ensuring alignment with LaFetch's vision.
- Suggest innovative ways to amplify brand impact through campaigns, collaborations, and strategic initiatives.
