• Prepare and maintain financial statements according to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Assist in tax planning and filing of direct and indirect tax returns
• Support in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial reporting and strategic planning
• Prepare reports for management to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets and forecasts
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to improve profitability

• Must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in India
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Understanding of taxation laws in India (Income Tax, GST, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
