Responsibilities
Role Description :
We're on the hunt for a visionary Chief of Staff (CoS) who can drive strategic growth and operational excellence like a pro and has been an expert in Financials and managing investor relations, as we move towards our hyper-growth period with global expansion.From B2B businesses across key sectors like Automotive & Fashion to B2C launches, we are set for a great ride ahead and if you've got a knack forleadership, a passion for innovation, and a track record of success in high-growth environments.
Having prior experience in fundraising (series A & beyond in technology SaaSspace), managing Investor Relations, or coming from the VC background. Being good at Finance involving AOP, Cashflow & Balance Sheet Management, Fundraise, MIS, & Due-Diligence
Requirements
Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of successful
Projects Across- Business Expansion(new revenue streams, new launches, new geographies)
- Partnerships(with tech giants, top consulting firms, and other players in
- Sales & Marketing(account strategy, account expansion, acquisition hacks,
- Product & Delivery(0 to 1, creating new products, shipping projects technical
- HR(hiring, onboarding, training, culture)
- IP(patents, copyrights, trademarks, research papers)
OCD for processes, structure, and systems thinking across everything, with
demonstrated success in setting processes to take things from 1-10 & 10-100,assisting leaders across functions(Tech, Product, Design, HR, Finance, Sales &
Marketing) in scenario planning, forecasting, & achieving their goals, and being able
to act as their extension as and when needed, not just in terms of getting work done
but in terms of operating principal as well
Passionate & Curious about where the world is headed, how technology,products, and design is shaping & reshaping our lives, and ability to become part of &
drive a conversation with the CTO, Product Lead, Design Lead, and understand the
nuances. When needed, being able to read systems architecture, technical
workflows, user Journeys, Design Wireframes, and manage sprints for mission
critical projects.
Excellent with tools across domains: Hubspot, G-Suite, Mixpanel, Jira, Figma, and
AI tools across fields to work smarter and not just harder
Investor Relations & Optics: Helping the company with the strategic aspects
related to fundraise, managing existing investor relations, scouting for next round,fundraise story-telling, and enabling a global company positioning across XR
technology & thought leadership
Administrator: Management and administration so that the organization is working
smoothly and the trains run on time. This role includes overseeing processes,clarifying rights and responsibilities, fact-finding, convening stakeholders, and
managing personnel.
Gatekeeper: Helping founders optimize their time and shielding them from
Unnecessary Conversations, And At Times, Handling Other Unpopular Responsibilities.
Counselor: Serving as close confidants, and providing thought leadership andadvice while speaking truth to power. This entails: acting as a sounding board,
advising on high-level strategic or urgent matters, and serving as the last line of
defense against potentially poor decisions.
Implementer: Prioritizing the founders agendas, including coordination with
stakeholders. Continually working with key leaders to drive strategy and
implementation. This implementation role also helps ensure cross-functional
accountability for execution against objectives set by the organization.
Proxies: Communicating or acting on behalf of founders, helping to increase their
surface area. This role may include convening relevant stakeholders,communicating with external stakeholders (such as the media or regulators), and
standing in for the principal in consultations.

not only of founders, but also of themselves and others across the organization with
whom you will build relationships and influence. Being politically savvythe ultimate
connectors, in knowing about every key project, having the ability to thrive in
uncertainty, and able to connect the dots across the company even with a diverse &
complex set of data. Being positive, empathetic, flexible, curious.
Loyalty & managed ego: A leader trusts their CoS above all others. Chiefs of staff
are deeply loyal, thinking of their leader before themselves and looking for ways to
elevate them. You must be confident enough to be candid & push back at times,while also humble enough to happily remain behind the scenes.
Non-Negotiables- Experience as a Chief of Staff to the CEO of a technology company at Series
- Experience in investor relations & fundraise for a technology company at
Series A or beyond stages, or a background in VC with deep tech focus at
Series A or beyond stages- 4+ years of experience across Strategy, CEO's Office, and Growth roles
- Chartered Accountant
- Expertise across automotive, home decor, fashion & accessory space
- Ex-entrepreneur with a good exit
- Engineer turned Chief of Staff with demonstrated success in leading
technology-based startups
