What We Are Looking For:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience:7+ years in administration, facility management, or related domains
Skills & Expertise:
- Fluent English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong grasp of Office & Vendor Management, Procurement, Event Planning, Security & Transport Coordination, Office Setup & Relocation
- Knowledge of STPI/SEZ regulations, GST provisions, import/export compliance, and other regulatory filings
- Ability to handle confidential information and address queries from clients, vendors, and employees
- Adaptability & flexibility to meet evolving organizational needs
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Admin Manager in overseeing day-to-day administrative functions and delegating tasks efficiently
Implement administrative policies & compliance protocols to enhance operational efficiency
Manage housekeeping, security, catering, transport, and hospitality services
Handle travel document applications & processing for employees and clients
Support regulatory compliance related to STPI, SEZ, GST, import/export documentation, and statutory filings
Organize and facilitate office visits for global personnel and clients
Ensure cost-effective resource allocation for office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors
Assist in training, mentoring, and professional development of the administrative staff
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Admin Manager
