Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 10 to 15 years of proven expertise in driving successful digital campaigns, building strong online presence, and delivering measurable business results. As a key Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and other paid media.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Lead a team of SEO Specialists & Paid Ads Specialists, foster a collaborative environment to achieve campaign objectives
- Manage large-scale digital campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales, and creative teams for better performance of Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Oversee the performance of websites, landing pages, and other social media platforms to ensure optimized user experiences and conversions.
- Track and analyze KPIs, preparing detailed performance reports and insights to share with senior leadership.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in SEO, Digital Marketing, proposing innovative solutions to enhance ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and channels & ROI Analysis.
- Drive lead generation strategies and nurture campaigns to improve customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with digital marketing laws, data privacy regulations, and advertising standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 10-15 years in digital marketing, with at least Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proven success in managing high marketing budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.,
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong understanding of website and marketing analytics, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.
- Experience in managing lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the latest Digital Marketing Trends, Technologies, and emerging platforms.
Education Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
