Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital media, print design, and visual storytelling.This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative concepts, visual designs, and branding materials for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital/print platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling and effective design solutions.
Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance team creativity and efficiency.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design assets and platforms.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and visual communication.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Present creative ideas and design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant software.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any stream. Preference will be given to Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.- 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, social media creatives, and print materials.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent design tools.
Experience in motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design concepts.
Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
