Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist proficient in Zoho CRM and its suite of tools. As part of our team, youll work closely with various departments to ensure our CRM aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Gathers and analyzes business requirements for the CRM integration by working with stakeholders to map out processes and data flows.
Ensures the CRM aligns with business needs and identifies areas for process improvement.
Acts as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
Manages data migration, cleansing, and validation.
Ensures data consistency and quality across systems.
Develops processes for ongoing data governance.
Analyzes Data Insights To Optimize CRM Functionality. Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a CRM Specialist role, with experience in business analysis, strategy, and revenue operations.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Zoho CRM, including integrations, automations, and customizations.
Strategic Mindset: Strong background in business analysis and strategy with a proven record of data-driven decision-making
