Gurgaon - New project management/ Project Engineer/ Sr. Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage new projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with customer timeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet customer deadlines and budget constraints.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project timeline.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to customer and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
