Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
ResponsibilitiesI. Responsible for Sales to expand customer base and extends the company's reach to existing and potential customers
II. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships
III. Make strategy for order booking for Compact Sub Station (CSS) and AIS Panel with COO, that covers all techno - commercial expectations of the customer
IV. Coordinate with internal design team to ensure timely submission & approval of drawingsV. Coordinate with OMG for timely and satisfactory experience during customer inspections
VI. Ensure post Sales Customer Support & coordination with Customer Care team
VII. Achieve Customer Satisfaction at every stage of customer experience from Offer Submission to Commissioning
VIII. Nurture CML customers for increased market share in their business
IX. Achieve Customer Satisfaction at every stage of customer experience from Offer Submission to CommissioningX. Achieve Debtor Days Payment collection & Gross Margin targets
XI. Nurture CML customers for increased market share in their business
XII. Team Development - Technical Skills & Soft Skills
XIII. Keeping and presentaing updated Management Reports to concerned officials.
