Key Responsibilities- Ensuring CRM hygiene, administration & change management for Sales functions
- Measuring and monitoring sales team activities and performance on multiple tools that the team uses, such as sales engagement tools, cold calling tools, CRM, etc
- Keep track of sales process checks and highlight deviations on process and CRM hygiene
- Own SDR team variable and incentive compensation
- Responsible for Admin level access and control on all tools that the sales team is using
- Closely work with Sales Ops Lead and share the key findings on a regular basis to proactively work on them
- Minimum 1-2 years of Sales Operations experience in a fast paced organization in B2B SaaS space
- Excellent communication skills: written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in GTM Tech stack such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Reply.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, CommonRoom, Nooks, etc
- Proficiency in data management/analytical tools including experience with: (Must) Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Google Sheets, Word, PPT & Google suite product, (Preferred) Experience with BA & BI Tools like Advanced Excel/R/Python & Tableau/PowerBI/Data Studio would be an added advantage
- Attention to detail and speed of execution with adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work at a cross-functional level, manage multiple, concurrent projects and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and achieve results through strong influence, persuasion & collaboration
- Ability to be accountable & responsible for any work assigned with extreme level of ownership
- Proactiveness at all levels is a must.
- Ability to thrive in chaos and convert that into streamlined processes is a must
