Job Description
Roles and responsibilities-
Handling all the social media handles.
Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
Monitoring the clients/company&aposs brand on social media.
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Responding to comments on each of the accounts.
Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
Social Media Marketing Specialist Requirement-
Social media marketing experience.
Experience developing social media strategies.
Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
Proven ability to build social media communities.
Understanding of graphic design principles.
Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
Qualification and Experience -
Bachelor&aposs degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field.- 1 years of social media management experience.
Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot- Desired
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
Hashtag research
