Job Description- Expertise in marketing strategy and planning in partnership with multiple stakeholders- SMEs, sales, accounts, offer leaders.
- Expertise in a broad spectrum of marketing execution with strategizing and execution of full funnel end to end marketing strategies to increase mind share and market share, including sales and internal enablement.
- Ability to work with dispersed matrix teams (Corporate, Sectors, Global Business Lines, Regions, Partners).
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and with project management skills.
- Sensitivity for varied cultural and ethical viewpoints.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and experience is a matrixed organization where influence is important.
- Ability to work with, advise and influence Senior Management – reaching conclusions and acting in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous circumstances.
- Good business knowledge of the IT landscape and new-age technological innovations. To be able to converse the business imperatives/challenges of the solutions to the stakeholders.
- Operational and technology efficiencies by bringing in new processes or systems which enhances productivity of the portfolio marketing team.
- Marketing strategy- Multichannel campaign strategy and collaboration with various teams for offer launches content creation strategy for all offerings to drive market share and mind share based on objectives.
- Leadership visibility by growing presence within the group, Business and within the portfolio.
- Data driven marketer who keeps track of all the KPIs and measures success/failure of any campaign.
