-63, Noida (Onsite) Working timings: 06:30 pm to 02:30 am Monday – Friday, EST hours Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our accounts team in Sector-63, Noida.

The ability to work flexibly according to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) is essential for this role.

• US Accounting Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Month-End Closing: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day financial operations.

• Industry Standard Accounting System Experience: Experience with alternative accounting systems demonstrating an ability to leverage and/or transition to future accounting system implementations.
• MS Excel Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.

• Pricing and market data survey: Help proposal pricing activities such as analyze market salary data surveys, prepare analysis of labor category (LCAT) rates based on these data surveys, make use of direct/indirect cost reports.

• Audit and Compliance: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits efficiently.

• Financial Planning and Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.

• Time zone Flexibility: Work flexible hours to accommodate the US EST time zone, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the US-based team.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in US accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Time Management: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, especially in accordance with US EST working hours.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
