Job Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter with strong communication skills who can generate leads, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new clients through networking, email campaigns, and inbound leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and clients needs to drive business growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreements, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to align business strategies and ensure smooth execution.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities and results to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 months - 2 years in business development or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
