Optimize marketing automation processes and workflows continuously for efficiency and effectiveness 8. Implement tracking and analytics to measure campaign success and ROI Skills & Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field 2.
Proven work experience in marketing automation, preferably with hands-on experience using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) 3. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles, strategies, and best practices 4.
Proficient in creating and managing email marketing campaigns 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights 6. Familiarity with lead nurturing, scoring, and customer journey mapping 7. Excellent project management and organizational skills 8.
