• Collaborate with the founders to understand project requirements, brainstorm, and execute Creative Assets.
• Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media campaigns, performance marketing materials, and sales collaterals.
• Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements across different platforms and marketing channels.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Minimum of 2+ Years Full-Time experience as Art Director or Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design concepts and a range of projects, including social media campaigns, marketing materials, and illustrations.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
• Intermediate-level video editing skills using any software you like
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Candidates who use AI softwares will be given preference.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Hybrid)

Monthly Renumeration - Based on your current Salary, open to discussion. We're known to be fair when it comes to compensation.
