Global TA Strategy Implementation/End to End Processes and Operations Lead
Your role and responsibilities
You are responsible for collecting, processing & evaluating internal and external talent market data to produce meaningful insights, metrics & predictive models. You will be advising the global Talent Acquisition community using the identified trends, patterns, and relationships.You will be exposed to Continuous improvement and Strategic change activities, that you will be able to influence presenting findings in a clear and compelling way using visualization, business case reports & recurrent dashboards to communicate insight to stakeholders.
You oversee the development of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Data Intelligence framework, leveraging best in class techniques and tools, based on requirements of the Business Areas Talent Acquisition Leads, ultimately strengthening the partnership with own internal business stakeholders.
The work model for the role is:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Advising based on data analysis and visualization: Collecting, interpreting, and visualizing talent data, providing ongoing advisory service to the TA team.
- Predictive Modeling: Evaluating and creating predictive models using statistical techniques and AI for areas like demand planning.
- Education and Mentorship: Educating and mentoring the TA community on data usage to enhance recruitment processes.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Demonstrating customer centricity by partnering with stakeholders to create actionable insights and develop functional dashboards.

Qualifications For The Role- Qualifications for the role:
- 1. Experience and Skills: At least 5 years of experience in data intelligence, with strong skills in data science activities like statistics, data visualization, and database management.
- 2. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with data software such as PowerBi or Tableau, and knowledgeable about AI's impact on big data and predictive modeling.
- 3. Data Interpretation: Proven ability to turn complex data into easily understandable insights.
- 4. Mindset and Stakeholder Management: Continuous improvement mindset, proactive stakeholder management, and a go do attitude.
