The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in account management and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project updates, performance, and any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of consulting services and client relationship management.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making and account strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and engagements.
