We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager
In this role you will:
Develop a good understanding of the Products provided by CTO as defined by the Product Management Practice and use those Products to map the journeys our customers take.- Key Responsibilities:
- Be able to lead a specific piece of work, delivering to completion
- Assess and progress GBGF requirements through to CTO Product Owners, ensuring the requirements are well formed with benefits clearly described.
- Support CTO Product Owners to leverage the Services offered by Enablement Customer Success
- Represent the voice of the Customer to CTO Product Owners
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Minimum work experience of 7 to 10years
- Customer oriented mindset, understanding that the success of CTO relies on delighting its customers
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Delivery and Operations processes with experience in delivering enterprise services
- Good knowledge of the Products and Services offered by at least one area within CTO
- Technical understanding of some IT technologies relevant to the bank. Example experience in Internal/External cloud computing, Workplace, Collaboration, Connectivity or DevOps Tooling
- Experience analyzing the Customer Journey including User Interface
- Strong communication, analytic and presentation skills, this will be key to success in this role
