Key Responsibilities:
File Management:
Collect and organize all necessary documents for loan disbursement cases.
Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted files.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Cross-check loan agreements- and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding disbursement requirements.
- Liaise with relevant departments to address any documentation or procedural discrepancies.
- Process Execution:
Monitor and manage disbursement timelines from start to completion.
Ensure timely disbursement of loans while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of disbursement cases.
Generate reports to track the status of disbursement files and highlight any bottlenecks
