Job Description

We have a requirement for Sales Associate for Isha Foundation Delhi. The work location is Mehrauli(Chattarpur). Please find below the Job responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Performance:
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate features and benefits clearly to customers.
• Actively engage with walk-in customers, generate leads, and close sales.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the products and services offered by the store.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
• Store Presentation:
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Replenish stock levels and manage inventory as necessary.
• Cash Handling and Transactions:
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Process payments, handle cash, and provide receipts to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other sales team members to achieve collective goals.
• Assist in training and mentoring new or less experienced staff members.
• Share feedback with management regarding customer preferences and sales trends.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitors, and market trends to management.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
