• Deliver interactive and engaging 90-minute onsite sessions to introduce and promote the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• Create a supportive and inclusive environment to encourage participation and open discussions.
• Tailor content to resonate with diverse employee groups while adhering to the session objectives.
• Communicate the benefits of the EAP and mental health support effectively to employees.
• Address employee queries regarding EAP services during the session.
• Collaborate with the organizing team to ensure smooth session delivery.
• Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in counseling or mental health support are a plus.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or counseling in a corporate or professional setting.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and handle group dynamics.
• Empathetic, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Punctual and organized, with a proactive attitude.
