Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic National Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for our CRGO steel and transformer products across the country. This position is pivotal in driving the brand's visibility, expanding market share, and generating demand within the transformer and electrical industries.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B marketing, with specific experience in the CRGO or transformer sector, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will work closely with the national sales teams, product managers, and senior leadership to enhance our competitive position and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- National Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national marketing strategy that aligns with corporate goals and objectives for the CRGO steel and transformer product lines.
- Lead national marketing campaigns that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion across multiple regions.
- Optimize marketing efforts and allocate resources effectively to target key markets and customer segments.
- Brand Development & Positioning:
- Oversee the national brand strategy for CRGO steel and transformer products, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with corporate values.
- Position the company's products as leaders in the industry, focusing on innovation, quality, and technical expertise.
- Drive national branding initiatives, including advertising, public relations, and digital media, to enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth within the transformer and electrical sectors.
- Use market insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies tailored to the needs of various geographic regions and customer bases.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation & Demand Creation:
- Develop and execute lead generation programs to create new business opportunities and sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create integrated marketing and sales strategies that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
- Design campaigns aimed at key decision-makers in the transformer and energy sectors, including utilities, OEMs, and distributors.
- Digital Marketing & Content Strategy:
- Lead national digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content that engages target audiences, such as technical articles, case studies, white papers, and blog posts.
- Manage the company's website and ensure it is optimized for user experience, lead generation, and search engine rankings.
- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
- Collaborate with the national sales team to develop sales enablement tools, such as presentations, proposals, product brochures, and case studies.
- Work closely with the product management and R&D teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with product features, benefits, and innovations.
- Support regional sales teams by providing them with insights, materials, and strategies that help close deals effectively.
- Event Management & Industry Representation:
- Manage and represent the company at national trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote CRGO steel and transformer solutions.
- Organize and participate in webinars, conferences, and other industry-related events to increase brand awareness and network with potential customers and partners.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of national marketing campaigns, including lead generation, brand awareness, and market penetration.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall sales and business objectives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing department.
- Ensure effective cross-departmental communication and alignment of marketing activities with broader organizational goals.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in the CRGO steel, transformer, or electrical manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful national marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Experience in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media.
