The SVC Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our real estate projects.

• Lead and manage site visit coordination for real estate projects.
• Ensure effective communication between clients, sales teams, and site management.
• Organize and schedule site visits for potential buyers or investors.
• Prepare and present site visit reports and feedback to the management team.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations during site visits.
• Address client queries and concerns related to site visits promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of site visits and client interactions for future reference.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate site coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in India.
