About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead Amazon's Seller Pickup Strategy in India. This is a strategic role directly influences how India buys and sells. The ideal candidate will drive seller pickup programs, optimize network operations, and enhance seller experience across multiple business channels.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership & Execution:
  • Own end-to-end seller pickup strategy development and implementation across Easy Ship, External Fulfillment, PCP, and SWA channels
  • Drive critical performance metrics including FDPS (First Day Pickup Success), FOPS (First Order Pickup Success), and slot adherence
  • Design and implement process improvements for network efficiency and operational excellence
  • Lead capacity planning, contingency management, and scalable solutions for AMZL seller pickup network
  • Partner with WW teams as SME for global SWA expansion initiatives
  • Serve as primary liaison between Seller Business Teams and Zonal operations
  • Drive strategic initiatives including pin code expansion and new program launches
  • Identify and implement tech/programmatic solutions to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop and track KPIs across business growth, seller engagement, delivery performance, and customer experience
  • Partner with category teams for strategic initiatives like Bazar launch
  • Analyze data trends and implement data-driven solutions for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

  • * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • * 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or related areas
  • * 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • * Strong track record of driving results through data-driven decision making
  • * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- * MBA from top-tier institution
  • * Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management
  • * Strong understanding of seller ecosystems and marketplace dynamics
  • * Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • * Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
