Who You Are:

We are looking for an HR Executive to join the Critical Start Technologies Private Ltd. team, operating under the Critical Start umbrella, for our India operations. This role will be primarily responsible for sourcing efforts and coordination for the recruitment function.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for finding and engaging top talent.

As a HR Executive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for juggling multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Your interpersonal skills, coupled with your dedication to creating a positive candidate experience, make you an invaluable asset to the Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support the end-to-end talent acquisition process.

What You Will Be Doing?:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods and tools (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates for open roles, focusing on diversity and skills alignment.
  • Resume Screening and Initial Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to sourced candidates and review resumes for incoming applicants, presenting them with information about the company and the role.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, coordinating with interviewers, and ensuring candidates have a seamless and professional interview experience.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain organized candidate pipelines, track the status of each candidate, communicate updates with hiring teams regularly, and reach out to candidates or interviewers for any needed information.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with recruiters and team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting operations.

What You Will Bring?:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with experience in sourcing and coordinating interviews.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as scheduling tools like Google Calendar or Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, along with a commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for all candidates.
