Job Description

To improve coordination and execution of skill development initiatives in Nashik City. This position aims to enhance local engagement, streamline operations, and ensure effective implementation of skill development programs

Job Type - Full Time Consultant (For 1 Year)

1. Local Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between NSDC and local stakeholders, including training providers, businesses, and educational institutions
2. Program Management: Oversee the implementation of skill development programs, ensuring they meet local needs and NSDC standards.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and government bodies to foster collaboration and support.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of programs, assess performance metrics, and provide regular updates to NSDC headquarters.
5. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the local context.

1. Prior experience in either consulting, working with skill development & livelihoods interfacing nonprofit, foundations or corporate is preferred.
