Hi All,
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead customer support team for our Valued US client based in Bangalore location. Its hybrid model (Work from home & 1 or twice in the office).
CSM will support team in delivering exceptional service for our B2B SaaS products. This role involves overseeing day-to-day support operations, mentoring support agents, resolving escalated issues, and continually improving support processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for customer success.
Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a software environment.
Familiarity with SQL and Python for data retrieval and scripting solutions.
Experience with help desk software, remote-control tools, and ticketing systems.
Experience with CRM platforms and support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
Familiarity with advanced reporting tools and analytics to monitor and improve support team performance.
