Key Responsibilities:

1. PR Strategy: Develop and implement public relations strategies that enhance the company's reputation, brand visibility, and thought leadership in the industry.
2. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers, securing positive media coverage and managing potential crises.
3. Internal Communications: Develop and execute effective internal communication plans to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company values, culture, and strategic initiatives.
4. Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content for media outreach, press releases, executive communications, and internal communication channels.
5. Event Management: Plan and execute PR events, such as press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences, to generate positive media exposure and build brand credibility.
6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze PR and internal communication metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of communication efforts with overall business goals.
8. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation and mitigate potential risks.
9. Vendor management: Manage relevant vendor relationships and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure beneficial terms and conditions that promote long-term collaboration and success.
