Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at MS FINCAP PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our loan facilities, and generating leads. This is a Full-Time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a salary range based on experience.Join us and contribute to our mission of providing comprehensive financial services and fostering economic growth.
Qualifications And Skills- Previous experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Good knowledge of loan products such as mortgage, business loans, etc.
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Introduce customers to our loan facilities and explain the benefits
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
- Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences and market trends
