We are passionate about celebrating the richness of Indian textiles and the craftsmanship behind every piece.With an ever-growing presence, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and elevate our brands presence on various social media platforms.
Position Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Mahukaa, you will play a critical role in executing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Mahukaas social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging social channels.This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of how to connect with an audience passionate about ethnic fashion. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent and engaging messaging that reflects the brands ethos and drives both brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that aligns with Mahukaas brand goals and business objectives.
- Plan and execute monthly/quarterly content calendars for all social platforms.
- Stay updated on trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to ensure Mahukaa stays ahead of the curve.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Design and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
- Oversee the visual aesthetics of Mahukaas social media profiles, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, style, and tone.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to create compelling promotional content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and sales events.
- Community Management:
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster a positive community around the brand.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, including running contests, polls, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor customer feedback on social platforms, ensuring customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, and other reporting tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to improve social media performance.
- Monitor KPIs like reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions, ensuring the brands objectives are met.
- Paid Media & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to increase visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Optimize ad campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with agencies or freelancers for paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Influencer & Collaboration Management:
- Identify, out reach, and collaborate with relevant influencers, fashion bloggers, and content creators to promote Mahuka products.
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and partners for ongoing collaborations and brand advocacy.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Regularly monitor social media trends, fashion industry movements, and competitor strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behavior, and content preferences.
- Analyze and adjust the social media strategy based on emerging trends and insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is compulsory.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Technical Skills:Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Expertise in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
- Solid understanding of paid media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Core Competencies:Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics, especially in fashion and visual content.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on growth.
- Strong understanding of the womens fashion market and consumer trends in ethnic wear.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
