Job Description
Product Portfolio Management: Finalize the portfolio of molecules and brand names, oversee trademarking efforts, and finalize product packaging designs.
Market Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive business plans and pricing strategies to penetrate the market effectively and position Trade Generics products competitively.
Brand Management: Oversee brand development and management activities to enhance brand awareness and preference. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- 5+ years of experience as a Brand/Marketing Manager in the trade generics business
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the trade Generics segment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
