Sales CoordinatorJob OverviewA Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. They act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and other departments, helping to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Support & CoordinationAssist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.Maintain customer records, sales data, and relevant documents in CRM systems.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and marketing) to ensure order fulfillment.Track sales performance and generate reports for management.2.
